Adidas UK

1. To use a Gift Card in store, present the Gift Card (physical or electronic) to any of our cashiers at the time of purchase. To use a Gift Card on the Website, www.adidas.co.uk, enter the nineteen digit code and the four digit PIN code in the checkout on the Website. 
2. When the recipient uses a Gift Card the amount of the purchase will be deducted from the balance on that Gift Card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. 
3. Change will not be given. 
4. If the purchase exceeds the balance on that Gift Card then the recipient must pay the excess by another payment method that is accepted by us. 
5. No Gift Card can be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
6. Please protect each Gift Card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. 
7. No Gift Card is a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card and no Gift Card can be exchanged for cash or be used towards the purchase of another Gift Card.

Airbnb

1. You must have an Airbnb account in order to claim and redeem a Gift Card; you can claim a Gift Card by visiting airbnb.co.uk/gift. Upon claiming, the entire Gift Card value will be shown on your Airbnb account as your Gift Card balance. Gift Card balances may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided via Airbnb Ireland UC and its affiliates via the Airbnb Platform. Any booking made with a Gift Card will be deducted from your Gift Card balance, and any unused Gift Card balances will remain on your Airbnb account until used. If a purchase exceeds your existing Gift Card balance, the remaining amount due must be paid with another Payment Method. You can view your Gift Card balance by signing in to your Airbnb account.
2. In the UK, Gift Cards can only be purchased by or gifted to individuals in the UK.
3. Gift Cards may not be applied towards charges for changes to existing reservations or be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Once a Gift Card is claimed to an Airbnb account, its value cannot be transferred to another person or Airbnb account; a Gift Card balance on an Airbnb account may not be cashed out or transferred to another Airbnb account.
4. You should treat Gift Cards like cash. Once we electronically transmit a digital Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient or deliver a physical Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, whichever is applicable, the risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
5. Airbnb reserves the right to any remedy, including refusal to issue or honour a Gift Card, in the event of suspected fraud. We will have the right to close a Member’s account and charge alternative Payment Methods if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Airbnb Platform.
6. Your rights under a Gift Card will terminate if you materially fail to comply with these Gift Card Terms or if your Airbnb account is terminated or is suspended. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Gift Card, and we may revoke your access to any Gift Card balance. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Gift Card Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
7. No fees of any kind apply to Gift Cards, and Gift Cards and Gift Card balances do not expire. These Gift Card terms remain applicable until your entire Gift Card balance has been spent.

Aldi

1. Aldi Gift Cards can be used in any Aldi store in the United Kingdom. 
2. Aldi Gift Cards should be treated as you would treat cash. 
3. Aldi Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, change, Aldi Gift Cards or alternative gift cards. 
4. Aldi Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of Aldi Gift Cards or third party gift cards, lottery tickets, scratch cards or related material; or anything through Aldi’s websites. 
5. Aldi Gift Cards are only valid for two years from the date they are purchased (any amount left on an Aldi Gift Card after this date shall be forfeited without notice to you). 

Amazon

1. Amazon gift cards are available for use on www.amazon.co.uk or other Amazon stores as designated by us from time to time (such as Amazon 4-star). 
2. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer’s Amazon.co.uk account. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.  
3. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash. 
4. Amazon.co.uk is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
5. Amazon.co.uk gift cards are valid for use for 10 years from the date of purchase. 
6. All Amazon e-gift cards purchased are converted from EUR – GBP upon purchase.

Apple

1. Apple Store Gift Cards may only be used for purchases in the United Kingdom at Apple Retail Stores , the Apple Online Store at http://store.apple.com/uk or by calling 0800 048 0408.  
2. Apple Store Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases at or for: iTunes, the App Store, the Mac App Store, the iBooks Store, additional Apple Store Gift Cards, payment to any account of any cellular contracts or service plans, purchases at Apple resellers (like, for example, Apple Premium Resellers or Apple Shops), Apple Store Pickup orders or any payment due under an Apple Financial Services account. 
3. 1. Gift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods in any UK Argos store, online at argos.co.uk and habitat.co.uk, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed. 
2. EGift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone. 
3. This eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned to Argos. 
4. Treat this eGift Card like cash, Argos Ltd cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged eGift Cards and they will not be replaced. 
5. The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more than 5 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store. 
6. All eGift Cards expire after 2 years.

5. The Gift Cards should be handled like cash. Arsenal is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The Gift Cards can be used by anyone in possession of the Gift Card and Arsenal personnel are not obliged to check the identity of a person using the Gift Card. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 
6. Gift Cards, and any unused balance, will expire 12 months from the date that the Gift Card was last used or (if un-used) the date that the Gift Card was issued.

1. The Asda gift card can be used online on groceries.asda.com, George.com as well as in any Asda store within the UK and the balance on the card may be used for purchases in full or part-payment (excluding third party concessions or products, gift cards, tobacco, stamps, petrol and lottery tickets) at any time whilst this card is valid.
2. Treat this card like cash. Lost, faulty or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless they are registered on our website with your name and address. Please note this card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and no interest is paid on card balances. Protect your balance by registering your card on our website asdagiftcards.com
3. If you lose your gift card and you have registered it with us, don’t worry – we can provide a replacement card. The balance on your new card will be the same as the amount on your old card at the point you told us about the loss. Unfortunately, if your old card has already been used and there are reduced or no funds on it when you tell us, we regret we cannot replace the balance.
4. We cannot offer cash in place of the balance on a lost, faulty or stolen card.
5. Asda cannot be held liable for lost, faulty or stolen cards or any credit amounts on such cards.

2. Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards can’t be used to buy ASOS Premier, ASOS Gift Vouchers or on ASOS Marketplace.
3. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
4. ASOS reserves the right to cancel any Gift Vouchers in its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected. 
5. Gift vouchers bought with UK as the browsing country will expire 2 years from the date of receipt.

3. ASK Italian reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4. All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 18 months from the date of purchase. Any balance left on the card after this date will be deducted.

1. Gift card can be redeemed online at www.bio-synergy.uk. 
2. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal statutory rights 
3. When redeeming your Gift Card online, enter the xxx-digit card number and the xxx-digit PIN number at the payment page of the online checkout. 
4. All refunds of goods or services purchased with a Bio-synergy Gift Card will be made in accordance with Bio-synergy’s refund policy.

1. Simply print your email out, or present your email containing your B&M e-Gift Card on your phone at the checkout at nearly 800 stores located across the UK.
2. Lost and stolen cards cannot be replaced.
3. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of initial purchase. After 12 months has expired, gift cards are no longer valid. 

B&Q

1. A Gift card purchased in Jersey or Guernsey can be used in full or part payment for any products purchased from B&Q stores on the relevant Island (except concessions and cafes in B&Q stores) or from www.diy.com. 
2. When products are purchased using a Gift Card, no change will be given in cash but any value remaining on a Gift Card will be shown on the till receipt and can be used in full or part payment for future purchases. Where a Gift Card holder wishes to use a Gift Card to buy products with a value higher than the value on the Gift Card, he/she will be required to pay the difference in value.
3. The value on a Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Where B&Q agrees to provide a refund for products purchased using a Gift Card, the amount of the purchase price paid using that Gift Card will be reimbursed by way of a credit note for use in B&Q stores.
4. A Gift Card cannot be used to buy age restricted products unless the purchaser can prove he/she is of at least the relevant age.
5. A Gift Card that has been purchased will expire and any remaining value will be removed if the Gift Card is not used to make a purchase, top-up or balance enquiry during any period of five consecutive years (see the reverse of card).
6. A Gift Card that has been given or issued as part of a promotion will have variable expiry dates, please refer to the promotional material or information that will be accompanied with the gift card or eGift card. A promotional gift card cannot be topped up. If a promotional gift card is not used within the specific time period any remaining value will be removed from the Gift Card.
7. Please keep the Gift Card safe and treat it like cash. B&Q does not collect and store personal information on the holders of Gift Cards and therefore, if a Gift Card is used without the consent of the Gift Card holder, or is lost, stolen or damaged, B&Q cannot replace or reimburse the value on the Gift Card.
8. B&Q may take any action it considers appropriate if it has reasonable grounds for believing you are misusing the B&Q Gift Card Scheme. This may include withholding all or part of the value credited on a Gift Card.
9. B&Q may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the B&Q Gift Card scheme at any time. B&Q will give such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions or any suspension or discontinuance of the B&Q Gift Card scheme as is reasonably possible, whether by notices displayed in B&Q stores, on www.diy.com or otherwise. If the B&Q Gift Card Scheme is discontinued B&Q will give Gift Card holders a reasonable period to use any remaining value on the Gift Cards.
10. Gift cards cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discount card, such as the staff discount card, diamond discount, trade discount.
11. Gift Cards (known as ‘corporate’ or ‘B2B’ gift cards) bought through for example an employee benefit or loyalty platform (not exclusive to just these two) where a discount is applied cannot be used in store or online in conjunction with a trade discount card or Diamond Card.
12. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
13. A Gift Card will expire if it has a zero balance on the card for a period of one year or more.

Boohoo

1. Your Gift Card can only be used to make purchases online at boohoo.com in the UK. Any purchases made using any amount on your Gift Card by you or any other person will also be subject to our website Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The amount on your Gift Card cannot be used to purchase items from any of boohoo’s affiliate brands, including boohooman, prettylittlething, nastygal, misspap, karenmillen, coastfashion, warehouse or oasis.
2. To use any amount on your Gift Card, the user will be required to enter the 8-digit PIN which can be found, in relation to e-gift cards, on the delivery email which is sent to you (or the person you have nominated to receive and use your e-gift card), or, in relation to store gift cards, on the back of the physical card. Up to five Gift Cards can be used in any one transaction.
3. If the entire amount on your Gift Card has not been spent, the remaining balance will be updated after every transaction and will remain on your Gift Card to use until expiry.
4. The amount on your Gift Card can be used towards the purchase amount of items that are priced higher than the balance of your Gift Card, provided that you or the user making the transaction also pay the difference for such items using one of our prescribed payment methods.
5. Any digital Gift Cards will have an expiry of 12 months.

1. Your Gift Card can only be used to make purchases online at boohooMan.com. 
2. If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase. 
3. If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored with your boohooMAN.com account for your next purchase using the same Gift Certificate code. 
4. Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. 
5. We cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates. 
6. Boohoo gift cards expire after 5 years.

1. Caffè Nero Gift Cards can only be used in-store only. 
2. Customers can top up your Caffè Nero Gift Card balance in any of their stores, or online. 
3. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. 
4. Caffè Nero Gift Cards is valid for use for 5 years from the date of purchase. 
5. All retail gift cards are sent via email once purchase is made.

Carpetright

1. Carpetright Gift Cards can be used as payment towards products and services from Carpetright Stores within the UK. Carpetright Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment. Gift cards cannot be used for telephone or online purchases 
2. Carpetright Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash, vouchers or more Carpetright Gift Cards. 
3. The minimum amount to activate this card is £10 and the maximum credit amount is £3000. 
4. There is no right to cancel an online Gift Card order once the Gift Card has been spent in full or part.
5. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted. Carpetright reserves the right to any remedy, including refusal to honour a Gift Card, in the event of suspected fraud. 
6. If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently returned for a refund or exchanged for a product of lower price or a refund, any money owing will be issued as a balance reload or a new gift card. Purchases made with gift cards are not refundable in cash. 
7. A Carpetright Gift Card remains the property of Carpetright. 
8. Carpetright cannot be held liable for Gift Cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced. 
9. The funds on a Gift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend. 
10. In the event a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of such Gift Card. 
11. Carpetright reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, including cancellation of the Gift Card service, if necessary, in return for an appropriate refund. Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible. 
12. By activating and/or redeeming a Carpetright Gift Card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law, and your purchase, receipt, and/or redemption of a Gift Card is subject to UK law. 
13. All Carpetright gift cards expire 2 years from issue.

Clarks

1. Clarks Gift Cards and/or eGift (Gift Tender) may only be used in our stand alone stores or Outlet Stores within the UK. Gift Tender may not be used in Clarks Wholesale stockists or online. 
2. Once activated, the Clarks Gift Tender is redeemable for full or part payment of a transaction. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. 
3. Gift Tender cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash, except in accordance with your legal rights.
4. Gift Tender cannot be resold, transferred for value or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using Gift Tender. 
5. Please treat your Gift Tender as cash, Clarks cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards and cannot be replaced. 
6. Clarks reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Tender which it deems to have been tampered with, defaced, modified, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
7. By purchasing, using or accepting Gift Tender you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Clarks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of Gift Tender, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights. 
8. The minimum amount to activate or top up a Gift Tender is £5 and the maximum Gift Tender limit is £500. 
9. Gift Tender can be topped up at any till point in store by informing the sales advisor of the amount to be added. Gift Tender cannot be resold. 
10. There are no limitations on how many times Gift Tender can be used (until the balance is £0.00). Your Gift Tender balance may be checked in store or online at giftcards. 
11. Follow the link giftcards in order to purchase Gift Tender online. 
12. A maximum of five Gift Tender can be used in one transaction. 
13. Gift Tender expires 2 years from last use. (Last use means a purchase, top up or part redemption). Any balance remaining will be cancelled. 

Costa Coffee

1. You may use your Costa Gift Card to purchase eligible items at any participating Costa coffee shop outlets in the UK excluding Northern Ireland. ‘All non-participating stores can be found here.’ Costa Gift Cards are not able to be redeemed in any Costa Express or Proud to Serve outlet. When you use your Costa Gift Card the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given. If your purchase exceeds the balance on the Costa Gift Card you must pay the excess by another payment method. 
2. You may check the balance on your Costa Gift Card at any participating Costa outlet or on the Site. You may not top up the balance on your Costa Gift Card however you may transfer any outstanding balance to a new Costa Gift Card at any participating Costa outlet or by contacting Customer Services at www.costa.co.uk/contact-form. Costa Gift card balances cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or additional gift cards. You may not exchange or redeem your Costa Gift Card for cash.   No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the Costa Gift Card.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to accept damaged Costa Gift Cards or any Costa Gift Card which we believe has been stolen, duplicated, tampered with or is being used fraudulently or is otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud. 
4. One or more Costa Gift Cards can be redeemed against a single order but no more than five.
5. Your Costa Gift Card and the balance on it will expire if the card is not used to make a purchase for 12 consecutive months. We reserve the right to cancel your Costa Gift Card if we suspect it has been stolen, is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Côte Brasserie 

1. Gift cards are redeemable for products and merchandise in Cote Restaurants in the UK.

6. JD reserves the right to refuse redemption of an eGift card where we reasonably believe that the eGift card has been altered, copied, corrupted or otherwise used in any fraudulent way. 
7. E Gift cards will expire 12 months from the date of purchase of the eGift card if not used and we will not refund any remaining balance. 4. Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards
5. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards or e-gift cards.
6. If you are using a gift card or e-gift card online and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.
7. Where goods you have purchased with a gift card or e-gift card in our shops are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to a gift card.
8. If you return an item bought online using a gift card or e-gift card, usually we’ll refund the amount to an e-gift card. You can also return the item in store. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. If you place an order at waitrose.com using a gift card or e-gift card and subsequently cancel the order before delivery, monies owing will be refunded to your gift card or e-gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
11. We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so
12. The gift card will expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Buying a product or making a balance enquiry refreshes the 24-month expiry period. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.

Just Eat

1. Gift cards can currently only be redeemed on www.just-eat.co.uk
2. To activate your gift card you must: Either log into your Just Eat account, or register for a Just Eat Account or Visit your account section, go to “Redeem a gift card” and enter in your gift card code. Your account will be credited with the amount on the gift card. The account credit will be waiting for you in checkout when you make your next purchase.
3. Purchases of gift cards are non-exchangeable.
4. Gift cards cannot be topped up.
5. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Just Eat Gift Cards. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Unused credit loaded to a Just Eat account may not be transferred to another Just Eat account.
6. Just Eat reserve the right not to fulfil a gift card purchase at our own discretion and we will refund the transaction in that case.
7. If we believe that at the point of purchase or retrospectively you are abusing gift cards in any way or selling them to others, we reserve the right to cancel your gift card and close your Just Eat account without letting you know beforehand.
8. Just Eat reserves the right to prevent third parties from distributing or advertising its gift cards, at its own discretion.
9. Just Eat is not responsible for replacement of lost, damaged, stolen gift cards, or for gift cards sold or distributed by a third party not approved by Just Eat.
10. In no event will Just Eat be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if Just Eat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. After a gift card has been credited to a Just Eat account holder’s account, we reserve the right to refuse to discuss the gift card further with anyone other than this account holder.
12. Once a gift card has been credited to an individual’s Just Eat account, the value of the account credit is non-transferable.
13. Any unused credit will be treated as forfeiture by the customer in respect of the right to use the gift card and the unused credit will be treated as a no sale. The expiration date as stated upon delivery of the gift card will be an acceptable cut off period for this clause to apply.
14. Gift Cards expire in accordance with the terms stated upon delivery of the gift card. Once expired, any remaining balance will be cancelled and the gift card will be held to be void.

Lavish Spa

1. The Gift Card allows you to upload a cash value onto your Gift Card which can be used to pay for products and services. The money loaded onto your Gift Card is only a pre-payment system for the goods and services of participating locations found online at Lavish.co.uk; it is not a credit card, credit line or deposit account. No interest, dividends or any other earnings will accrue on the money loaded onto your Gift Card. Lavish will provide a physical gift card or e-gift card to the value of money uploaded.
2. To activate and upload money onto your Gift Card, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK. The Gift Card can be used by UK residents aged 14 or over, but the purchase of certain products and services are subject to age requirements specified by law.
3. Gift Cards purchased online will be sent to the delivery address stated on each individual order and will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds. If payment is not received your order will be cancelled.
4. If you have purchased the Gift Card through a third party, additional terms and conditions may apply and you should refer directly to that third party for further information.
5. The monetary value on your Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for products and services at any participating site in England, Scotland and Wales. When you use your Gift Card, the cash balance on your Gift Card will be reduced by the full cash value of your purchase. You can check your account balance online here. 6. You must be present with your Gift Card when you make purchases at your chosen location.

8. You should treat your Gift Card as cash for any purchases at participating locations. You are responsible for any unauthorised payments using your Gift Card. Therefore please do not allow others to use your Gift Card. Lavish is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
9. Gift Cards may not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms, without Lavish’s prior written permission.
10. Lavish does not warrant or represent that your Gift Card will always be accepted at participating sites. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of Lavish’s IT and communications systems, Lavish may not be able to accept Gift Cards as payment during such a system failure.
11. Lavish reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card or to limit the use of a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. Lavish may withdraw or cancel your Gift Card or take any other action it may deem appropriate if it suspects fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of your Gift Card. The Gift Card shall become invalid once cancelled and you will not be able to redeem the balance on your Gift Card.
12. Lavish’s liability to you in relation to these Terms shall under no circumstances exceed the final balance held on your Gift Card. These Terms set out Lavish’s entire liability to remedy any defect or default in the Gift Card. Save as is provided in these Terms, all warranties, representations, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, written or oral, as to the quality, condition or otherwise (including without limitation its merchantability and fitness for purpose) are hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.
13. Lavish shall not be liable to any person for any claim, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for consequential, economic, special or other indirect loss including (without limitation) losses calculated by reference to profits, business, cost of replacement goods, goodwill or income.
14. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Lavish’s liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.
15. You agree to be liable for and to indemnify Lavish (and its officers, employees, directors, shareholders, representatives, successors and assigns) and hold it harmless against all third party claims, demands and actions and in relation to all liabilities, losses, costs, charges, damages and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in relation to such claims, demands and actions, to the extent that such liability arises from breach of these Terms by you.
16. Lavish reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time or withdraw the Gift Card on reasonable notice, such changes will be posted here. If you have registered your Gift Card, then we will notify you of any change, deletion or addition by email. The amended Terms will apply to your use of the Gift Card.
17. All money uploaded on your Gift Card will expire 12 months from activation. Any balance left on the Gift Card after this date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Little Starts

1. The Card is a prepaid gift card that is activated once purchased. It can be used to pay for classes delivered by activity providers participating in the Little Starts programme listed at  www.littlestartsgiftcards.com/search. 
2. In the event that you wish to make a purchase at a cost which exceeds the available balance on your Card, you will need to pay the balance to the Activity Provider by another method. 
3. The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash. 
4. The Card is like cash and cannot be replaced if misused, lost, stolen or damaged and no financial compensation scheme exists with respect to the Card. 
5. The Card is not reloadable and is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation. It cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining balance will be forfeited. We will not give you any notice before this happens.

London Theatre Direct

1. The value of a gift e-Voucher can be redeemed online at www.londontheatredirect.com as payment for the whole or part of a booking for any show(s), subject to availability, within the redemption period applicable to the gift e-Voucher. Gift e-Vouchers are not redeemable through any of our affiliates, theatres, venues or other partners. 
2. A gift e-Voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another gift e-Voucher. 
3. London Theatre Direct cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a gift e-Voucher as a result of loss, theft, fraud or unauthorized use. 
4. Please retain an expired gift e-Voucher card as if an event for which tickets were purchased using a gift e-Voucher is cancelled the amount paid using the gift e-Voucher will be credited to the original gift e-Voucher. 
5. Tickets purchased by the Gift Vouchers must be done so at least 72 hours before the event. 
6. Vouchers are redeemable against theatre tickets, attractions tickets and pre-theatre dinner packages. 
7. The Gift Vouchers expire one year after purchase date.

3. No change or refund will be given but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.

6. Matalan cannot be held liable for e-Gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
7. The funds on a e-Gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.

Matalan reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Morrisons

1. Morrisons Gift Cards are redeemable at any Morrisons stores within the United Kingdom (excluding Morrisons Daily stores). Morrisons Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online, and gift card and lottery purchases are excluded.
2. With the exception of expedited shipping fees for the delivery of Plastic Gift Cards, no additional fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Morrisons Gift Cards.
3. Please keep your Morrisons Gift Cards secure, as if it were cash. Morrisons is not responsible if the Morrisons Gift Cards are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Morrisons reserves the right to cancel a Morrisons Gift Cards if it reasonably suspects fraud or misconduct. Damaged, altered or cancelled Gift Card will not be accepted.
4. You may not use your Morrisons Gift Cards to purchase other Morrisons Gift Cards.
5. Morrisons Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Morrisons Gift Cards may not be transferred, and orders cannot exceed £500 per day.
6. Balances on Morrisons Consumer Gift Cards will expire 24 months from the date of activation.

4. Gift Cards and their balance cannot be returned or refunded, in whole or in part, except in accordance with your statutory legal rights. 
5. Gift Cards and their balance cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or transferred for any value by you or anyone else other than for purchasing items from Nasty Gal.com in the UK only.  
6. Retail gift cards are sent via email once order has been placed.

National Book Tokens

1. The National Book Tokens gift card can only be used to purchase books. It is not a credit card or a charge card, nor is it a debit card linked to a current account.  It is a prepaid card which means that money must be loaded onto the Card at the time of purchase; cardholders can then use the Card to pay for full or part payments for books at participating retailers.
2. Refunds or change will not be given. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the card, the balance will remain on the card for future purchases.
3. The Card may only be used in Participating Retailers. The list of Participating Retailers is available online at www.nationalbooktokens.co.uk; the list of Participating Retailers may change from time to time. 
4. You should treat the Card as if it were cash.  If the Card is lost, stolen, or if the Card number becomes known to any unauthorised person you should immediately notify National Book Tokens Customer Services.

6. If the gift card is not used for a period of 96 consecutive months (8 years) it will expire and any remaining funds may be deducted from it. 

New Look

1. You can use your gift card to make a full or part payment for any spend, in store or online. To redeem the value of the card, enter the card and PIN number when you reach checkout – you’ll find the PIN on the back of the card.

2. All purchases made with gift cards at Nike.com are subject to the acceptance of Nike’s Terms of Sale for online purchasing. You acknowledge that you have carefully read such Terms of Sale and agree to fully comply with them.

2. The gift card holder can place an order over the phone and when they collect they can pay with their gift code/gift card.
3. Please protect this card and treat as cash. Pizza Hut will not accept liability for damaged, lost or stolen cards.
4. The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will be stored on the card and may be used to pay for future purchases.

PizzaExpress reserve the right to reject illegible or incomplete eGift vouchers.

3. A Voucher can be used as full or part payment for PizzaExpress goods. No change will be given on eGift vouchers. If a Voucher is utilised for part payment, a separate Voucher will be issued to you to the value of any remaining balance which can be spent on future purchases.

1. Validly activated £ Sterling eGift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise from Primark Stores within the UK.
2. Primark eGift cards may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
3. There is no right to cancel an online gift card order once the gift card has been spent in full or part.
4. A Primark gift card remains the property of Primark.
5. Primark cannot be held liable for gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
6. The funds on a gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
7. Primark reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
8. By activating and/or redeeming a Primark Gift Card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
9. The balance of a gift card can be checked in a Primark store at any till, or online via our balance checker.
10. The gift card will expire 24 months after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.

Rituals 

1. The Rituals Gift Card can only be redeemed in countries which have the same currency as the country in which the Rituals Gift Card has been purchased and reflects a value equal to the amount in such currency as stated on the Rituals Gift Card. 
2. The Rituals Gift Card can be redeemed via the official Rituals stores and the official Rituals website and mobile app. 
3. Rituals Gift Card can be redeemed for products and/or services up to the value of the amount loaded on it. 
4. Purchase values will be deducted from the Rituals Gift Card balance until the value reaches zero. 
5. Remnant amounts remain valid indefinitely. 
6. No service or dormancy fees will be charged. 
7. If the total value of the products and/or services purchased exceeds the amount that is on the Rituals (Online) Gift Card, the remaining balance for such products can be paid via any other accepted method of payment. 
8. The Rituals Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. 
9. Lost or stolen cards will not be honored or replaced. Rituals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized use caused solely by the cardholder’s act or omission. 
10. The Rituals Gift Card has no expiry date. 
11. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

River Island

1. Gift Cards are redeemable online at riverisland.com and in all River Island stores in the UK (excluding Voisins), Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man, they can be used in full or part payment for products or services purchased. Any currency conversions will be at the up to date exchange rate.
2. When redeeming your Gift Card online, enter the 16-digit card number and the 4-digit PIN number at the payment page of the online checkout. With the exception of the Republic of Ireland, you may not redeem more than five Gift Cards in one single transaction.  If you do not have enough funds on your Gift Card to cover the total cost of your order (including delivery), you will need to the cover the balance with another payment method.
3. When redeeming your Gift Card in store, present your Physical Gift Card or present the Gift Card within a Digital Wallet or App. A photograph of a Gift Card taken on a mobile device will not be accepted. Or present a copy of your Digital Gift Card email or present the electronic version of the Digital Gift Card on your mobile device to the cashier at the till point.
4. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted
5. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
6. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory legal rights
7. All refunds of goods or services purchased with a River Island Gift Card will be made in accordance with River Island’s refund policy. Any refunded amount will be credited to a Refund Card and will not be given in cash.
8. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift Cards are not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card
9. Gift Cards with a zero balance will expire after 30 days
10. Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from date of issue. 

Roblox

1. This gift entitles the bearer to an Roblox Gift Card. 
2. Gift Cards can be purchased at authorized retailers in the United Kingdom and distributors or online at https://www.roblox.com/giftcards. 
3. To redeem a Gift Card, you must be over 18 years old or obtain consent from a parent or guardian, have Internet access, login or register to create a Roblox account, and accept the then-current version of the Roblox Terms of Use or have your parent or guardian accept them if you are under 18 years old. 
4. Gift Cards are not debit or credit cards. Gift Cards have no cash value, are not refundable or reloadable and may not be redeemed for cash. 
5. When you redeem a Gift Card, you will receive the equivalent amount of Credits in British pound sterling in your Roblox account. 
6. Lost, damaged, or stolen Gift Cards are not the responsibility of Issuer. The value of any lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards, or any Gift Cards used without authorization, will not be replaced or replenished. 
7. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
8. Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity, maintenance. Issuer reserves the right to refuse to honor any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced cheque or other failure of consideration. 

Royal Caribbean by Inspire 

1. Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the gift card or e-gift card for new travel bookings sold by Inspire only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel voucher or promotion. 
2. Gift cards and e-gift cards should be treated as cash; they are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Inspire will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards or e-gift cards. 
3. Flight only, Cruise, Eurotunnel or Ferry products cannot be booked when using a Gift Card and e-gift card as a form of payment. Further travel product limitations may apply, details of such additional limitations are printed on the gift card or provided when the e-gift card is purchased through a card distributor or reseller. Gift cards and e-gift cards may be used to make new bookings for travel products of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference. 
4. Cards can only be redeemed on new bookings and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay any other products, outstanding balances on an existing booking or to buy another gift card or e-gift card. If a booking with a gift card or e-gift card is subsequently changed or cancelled, any money owing will be refunded back to the original form of payment(s) used to make the booking.

4. eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases over the phone, via the Sainsbury’s App, at Sainsbury’s Petrol Stations, in the pharmacy, any concession within Sainsbury’s or at any Sainsbury’s concession within third party retailers.
5. eGift Cards are not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash, for Sainsbury’s Bank products, services or credit card balances and cannot be resold or re-tendered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. The value of an eGift Card expires on the date shown on the eGift Card, which is 24 months from the date of initial activation. If unused within this time the card will be deemed inactive and any remaining balance lost.

Spa Breaks

1. Gift vouchers can be used against any experience on the Spabreaks.com website, subject to availability. 
2. All gift vouchers are non-refundable. 
3. Gift vouchers must be redeemed via Spabreaks.com and cannot be used directly at the spas or hotels. 
4. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 
5. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 
6. All retail gift cards are sent via email once purchase is made.

Schuh

1. The purchase entitles the bearer to a Schuh e-gift card.
2. You can use your giftcard as full or part payment in Schuh stores and online.
3. The Schuh e-Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.
4. The e-Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
5. There are no refunds or returns on gift cards. There is no expiry on Schuh gift cards.

Sports Direct UK

1. Gift Cards can be used to purchase orders made on the Website being delivered within the UK and Ireland and for items purchased at one of our stores within the UK. 
2. Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value stored on the card on payment of the difference.

3. The Starbucks Card is to be treated like cash. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed unless you have registered it.
4. Amounts loaded, and subsequently topped up, onto a Starbucks Card are held and denominated in the currency of the country in which it was initially issued regardless of the currency used to load the Card. 
5. No fees or other charges are assessed to your Starbucks Card for the conversion. When using your Starbucks Card outside of the country in which it was issued, the balance shown on your receipt at the point of sale will be in the domestic currency of the store location you are visiting.
6. You can check the balance of your Starbucks Card or review recent transactions on your Starbucks Card at our web site at www.starbucks.co.uk, 
7. Starbucks Card has no expiry date.

Superdry

1. Superdry e-gift cards are redeemable on www.superdry.com only.
2. E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards, e-gift cards or vouchers.
3. No cards can be exchanged for cash. We are unable to cancel or exchange any cards.
4. E-gift cards can be used for most purchases, although at certain times exclusions may apply and Superdry reserves the right to amend these at any time.
5. If you are using an e-gift card and the total order value is more than the value loaded on the card, the remainder must be paid using another payment method.
6. E-gift cards cannot be topped up which means you cannot add more onto an existing gift card or e-gift card. Balances can be transferred between gift cards so you can move the balance from several gift cards to one gift card at your convenience. It’s not possible to transfer between e-gift cards.
7. In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, Superdry is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card, unless it has been registered online. For security purposes we strongly recommend that you register your gift card online. This will provide protection should your card become lost, stolen or damaged (www.superdry.com/my-account/Gift-cards).
8. Superdry will only replace the balance remaining on the gift card at the time of reporting the card as lost. Replacement gift cards will be posted to your registered home address only and e-gift cards to your email address.
9. Superdry reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which is otherwise suspected of being potentially fraudulent.
10. Superdry reserves the right to revise and update the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card or e-gift card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. Your gift card or e-gift card is the property of Superdry and we maintain the right to cancel the card in situations where it may be deemed necessary.
11. E-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the activation date. Any remaining balance left on the card after 24 months will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. Please look after your card and treat it like cash while it has an outstanding/existing balance.

Spotify

1. By using this card/PIN, you accept the following conditions: This card is redeemable for full price standalone Premium subscription months purchased directly from spotify.com only and cannot be redeemed for discounted or group subscriptions (more on eligibility at www.spotify.com/gift-card). 
2. This card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law). 
3. In order to redeem the PIN, you must have or register for a Spotify account and you must be 13+ and reside in the UK to register. 
4. This is a single-use card: the full face-value for an individual account is deducted at redemption and no incremental redemption or credit is permitted. 
5. Spotify is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained cards or use without permission. 
6. Full Terms and Conditions governing Spotify gift cards are found at www.spotify.com/gift-card. The Spotify Service is governed by the Spotify Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement. 2. This Gift Card can only be redeemed online and in selected Swarovski stores.
3. This Gift Card is excluded from a  redemption guarantee, is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any credit card balances.
4. Swarovski will not refund or replace, and will not be liable for any lost or stolen gift cards.
5. This gift card has no expiry.
6. Gift cards can not be refunded or returned once processed.

Tesco

1. This electronic gift card (“e-gift card”) can only be used for purchases in Tesco stores within the UK. You can purchase one e-gift card per order online at www.tescogiftcards.com and you can load any amount between £5 and £150 on it. It’s not re-loadable, and once it’s purchased, we can’t top up the balance or give you a part refund if you change your mind.
2. You can use the e-gift card for full or part-payment towards any products sold within a Tesco store whilst the e-gift card is valid. “Store” includes third party concessions and petrol stations.
3. You should treat the e-gift card like cash and ensure that it is kept safe until you need it. When you receive an activation email from us, you can use the e-gift card. Once activated, Tesco can’t be held liable for lost or stolen e-gift cards or any credit amounts on such cards, and we can’t offer cash or credit in place of the balance on a lost or stolen e-gift card.
4. If you don’t redeem the entire value of the e-gift card in a transaction, the balance will remain on your e-gift card until it is used again or until it expires. We won’t give change, nor will we exchange the balance for cash.
5. The e-gift card is valid for a period of 5 years from the date it was activated or your last transaction, whichever is later. The Golf Gift Card

3. The amount redeemed from a card or an e-gift card and the balance remaining on it will be shown on the till receipt, which you should keep. It is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and no interest is paid on card balances. 
4. You should treat the card or e-gift card like cash and ensure that it is kept safe until you need it. Once activated, The Golf Gift Card Company cannot be held liable for lost or stolen cards or any credit amounts on such cards, and we can’t offer cash or credit in place of the balance on a lost or stolen e-gift card.

The Wellness Card

1. The Gift Card allows you to upload a cash value onto your Gift Card which can be used to pay for  products and services. The money loaded onto your Gift Card is only a pre-payment system for the goods and services of participating locations found online at thewellnesscard.co.uk;
2. To activate and upload money onto your Gift Card, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK.
3. You must be present with your Gift Card when you make purchases at your chosen location.
4. The money uploaded to your Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to your credit card or debit card.
5. You should treat your Gift Card as cash for any purchases at participating locations. You are responsible for any unauthorised payments using your Gift Card. Therefore please do not allow others to use your Gift Card. 
6. The Wellness Card is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
7. All money uploaded on your Gift Card will expire 12 months from activation.

Ticketmaster

1. The Gift Card may only be used for purchases in the United Kingdom, online at ticketmaster.co.uk or at O2 Academy venues in the UK. A full list of these locations is available here: www.academymusicgroup.com/venues
2. You cannot use your Gift Card to buy ticket insurance, resale tickets where resale is available, to buy any goods or services other than Ticketmaster Products or to buy any goods or services on any third-party website, even if the website is linked from Ticketmaster (e.g. ticketweb.co.uk or universe.com).
3. The Gift Card contains the monetary value which was paid, in advance, at the point of purchase. It is not a credit card, charge card, cheque guarantee card, or debit card and the balance on your Gift Card will not earn any interest.
4. Your Gift Card has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Ticketmaster may cancel your Gift Card, or refuse a transaction if we suspect the Gift Card is being used fraudulently, or in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or if we have reason to believe that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Ticketmaster can terminate the agreement between us and refund any unused funds to you at any time if we give you thirty (30) days’ notice.
7. Your Gift Card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation. You will not be able to use your Gift Card once it has expired or claim a refund of any unused funds. Once the monetary value loaded onto your Gift Card at the time of purchase has been used, your Gift Card cannot be reloaded.

TK Maxx

1. Redeem this digital gift card for merchandise at any TK Maxx or Homesense store in the UK or online at www.tkmaxx.com.
2. Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Lost or stolen digital gift cards will not be replaced.
4. Purchases will be deducted until the balance reaches zero, any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
5. No more than five gift cards can be used in one transaction.
6. Anything you buy with the digital gift card and return in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded to a TK Maxx or HomeSense gift card.
7. You can check the balance of your digital gift card at any TK Maxx or HomeSense store in the UK or online.
8. TK Maxx e-gift cards have no expiry date.

The Body Shop

1. The Body Shop e-Gift Card can be in UK stores and online
2. Funds on TBS Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. No change will be given but any remaining balance will remain on the TBS Gift Card to be applied to future purchases.
3. All refunds of goods or services purchased with a TBS Gift Card will be made in accordance with The Body Shop’s refund policy. Refunds for goods purchased with a TBS Gift Card will be paid back onto a TBS Gift Card.
4. We cannot replace the TBS Gift Card if lost or stolen. Please treat the TBS Gift Card as you would cash. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. TBS Gift Cards are not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
    We reserve the right to refuse to accept a TBS Gift Card as payment if there is reasonable evidence of tampering or fraud, or if the TBS Gift Card is mutilated, altered, damaged or defaced in any way.
5. All TBS Gift Cards expire, and any unspent funds thereon will be forfeited, if not used for purchases for 2 years  from the last transaction (either activation, purchase, top-up or balance enquiry) following activation. You will not be reminded when your TBS Gift Card is about to expire, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

The Magazine Gift Card

1. The Magazine Gift Card can only be redeemed online using our bespoke redemption site and is only valid for magazines listed on that site (excl. The Week, The Week Junior, Science & Nature and MoneyWeek). 
2. This Gift Card entitles the recipient to (i) a 12 issue UK subscription to any of its monthly magazines* or (ii) a 26 issue UK subscription to any of its weekly magazines excl. those titles listed above which offer a different number of issues*. 
3. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for the cash alternative. Any cancellations and refunds after use of a Gift Card to purchase a subscription are provided at the discretion of Future Publishing Limited. 
4. Future Publishing may cancel a subscription and provide a pro rata refund if it ceases to publish the relevant magazine for any reason. 
5. Magazine subscription prices vary from time to time and any difference in price cannot be realised as a cash payment. 
6. The Gift Card will automatically expire 24 months after date of purchase. Valid for UK postal addresses only. 

The National Garden

1. eVouchers can only be used at participating retailers in the UK. 
2. eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash nor replaced if lost or stolen. 
3. Rules and restrictions on redemption are at the discretion of the redeeming retailer.
4. eVouchers expire 30 months after the date of purchase. They cannot be used or redeemed after this time.

The Restaurant Card

1. The value on the Restaurant Gift Card can be used as full or part payment at any the participating restaurants.
2. Please note that Belgo, La Tasca and La Vina are no longer redemption partners on this card.
3. The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. You should treat this card as cash – it cannot be replaced if lost.
5. This card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
6. The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date the card had funds applied to it, or the date it was last spent.

The White Company

1. The White Company gift cards and E-gift cards (“Gift Tender”) can be used or redeemed in pounds sterling on the UK website only or at any of The White Company UK stores.
2. There are no limitations on how many times a E-gift card can be used (until the balance is £0.00). If you do not spend the entire balance on a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt. E-gift card balance enquiries can be obtained in store, UK online (Gift Card balance check page) or by calling 020 375 89 222 from the UK or +44 20 375 89 222 from outside the UK (Calling rates may vary).
3. The risk in any E-gift card shall pass to you upon The White Company’s electronic transmission to you. The E-gift card remains the property of The White Company, and may not be tampered or interfered with, without The White Company’s consent.
4. E-gift cards will be dispatched by email to your designated email account you’ve provided to us, as soon as The White Company is in receipt of cleared payment for the E-gift card.
5. The White Company shall not be liable or responsible for E-gift cards that are unable to be delivered due to your error (for example, typing errors, misspelt or incorrect email addresses), spam filters, firewalls or mailbox restrictions.
6. E-gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of last use whereby the remaining balance will be deducted, after such time the Gift Tender shall expire. Last use is when a E-gift card has been activated or redeemed.

Uber Eats

1. You must have an active and valid Uber account to redeem the Gift Card. The Gift Card may only be redeemed via the Uber app or the UberEATS app for use within the United Kingdom in areas where Uber is available. The Gift Card cannot be used with family profiles or with scheduled rides.
2. Please follow these steps to redeem the Gift Card in the Uber app: 1) Go to the Payment section in the Uber app; 2) Tap “Add Promo/Gift Code”; and 3) Enter the card’s Gift Code. Please follow these steps to redeem the Gift Card in the UberEATS app: 1) Go to the profile icon in the UberEATS app; 2) Tap “Promotions”; and 3) Enter the card’s Gift Code. You may be required to add a secondary payment method to use the Gift Card with the Uber app if the value from the Gift Card is not sufficient to cover the fare for your ride. Limits may apply to your redemption of or spend using the Gift Card. No fees apply to the Gift Card, and Gift Card funds never expire.
3. If you have other payment methods in your Uber account, value from the Gift Card will be set as your default payment method. If you wish to use another payment method, go to the Payment section in the Uber app and select the payment method before the service is provided.
4. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds after purchase. The Gift Card is not refundable, returnable or redeemable for cash except where required by law and may not be used to make a payment on a credit account. You may not purchase other Gift Cards with the Gift Card. For balance inquiry, please visit the Payments Section in your Uber app. Purchases made with value from the Gift Card are not refundable, except where required by law. 5. Uber reserves the right to sell, transfer or assign the issuance of the Gift Card and/or funds underlying the Gift Card to another issuer, without notice to you. The risk of loss of the Gift Card passes to the Gift Card purchaser at the time of purchase. Uber shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards, and are not responsible for unauthorised use of the Gift Card. IN THE EVENT THAT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY (AND UBER’S SOLE POTENTIAL LIABILITY) SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
6. Gift Card funds never expire.

Wagamama

1. Gift cards are redeemable for products and merchandise in Wagamama restaurants in the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
2. This card is only redeemable for purchases made in restaurant and can also be redeemed for online click + collect orders as well as takeout orders when paid for in restaurant.
3. Gift card is not valid until activated at time of purchase.
4. Gift cards can be topped up in restaurant or online.
5. This card may not be exchanged for cash.
6. No change will be given but the balance may be applied for future purposes.
7. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Please protect this card and treat it as cash, it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
9. This gift card will expire 13 months since last use e.g. card activation, purchase, top up or refund and at expiry, any remaining balance will be lost.

WH Smith

1. Once activated this eGift Card can be used as full or part payment for goods in most UK WHSmith stores, including on Toys R Us products in store where available and on WHSmith.co.uk 
2. Gift Cards are non-refundable and no change will be given, but any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases. 
3. Please treat this Gift Card as if it were cash, as the balance cannot be returned to you if it is lost or stolen. 
4. This Gift card is not redeemable for cash, neither is it a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card. 
5. This eGift Card will expire after 24 months of consecutive non-use and the balance will be deducted. eGift cards with a zero balance will expire after 65 days. 
6. There are no refunds or returns on gift cards.

Xbox

1. This gift card is available for use on Xbox games, apps, films and TV programmes. 
2. You must have or create a Microsoft account to spend or use this gift card. 
3. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash. 
4. Xbox gift cards do not have an expiry date. 
5. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 
6. All retail gift cards are sent via email once purchase is made.

 Zalando

1. Gift Cards may be applied to purchase eligible products, which are products that serve the appearance of a person, offered by Zalando and Zalando Partners on the Zalando website and app. A Gift Card may not be used to purchase more Gift Cards. Zalando Gift Cards are limited to the amount of GBP 170, – per Gift Card. It is possible to use multiple Gift Cards per purchase, up to a maximum value of GBP 170,-. Any remaining amount can be used for future purchases. If the value of a Gift Card is not enough to cover the entire order, the difference can be paid using any of the accepted payment methods.
2. Gift Cards can only be used prior to your order. The value of Gift Cards will not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue interest.
3. Should you cancel your order or return goods that used a Gift Card, the amount paid will be made available
   for future purchases.
4. Gift Cards are valid for a limited period of 2 years from the purchase date.

Zizzi

1. Zizzi Gift Cards can be exchanged for any item in full or part payment in Zizzi restaurants throughout the UK.
2. Zizzi gift vouchers cannot be used as payment through online orders; direct with Zizzi or delivery partners however, you can use on call & collect orders.
3. The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash; the balance cannot be returned if lost or stolen.
4. The card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
5. Zizzi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. All monies on a Zizzi’s gift card must be used by the expiry date which is 18 months from the date of purchase. Any balance on the card after this date will be deducted.
