Gift Card General Terms and Conditions

  • The Whoopee! Gift Card and themed gift cards must be redeemed for digital retail, non-retail, leisure and lifestyle gift cards. When redeeming, the gift card(s) chosen can take up to 60 minutes to deliver to your inbox.
  • Each digital gift card has their own terms which are varied as they can be used in-store and/or online, please check each brands terms and conditions below to see what is applicable as when a Whoopee! gift card is redeemed, the terms and conditions of the retailer applies.
  • The digital gift cards will be sent to the email address you provided from noreply@whoopeegiftcard.com. Please check your inbox or spam/junk folders.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Airbnb

  1. You must have an Airbnb account in good standing in order to use a Gift Card. You can add a Gift Card to your Airbnb account by visiting airbnb.ie/gift (Ireland).Upon adding a Gift Card to your Airbnb account, the entire Gift Card value will be shown on your Airbnb account as your Gift Card balance. Gift Card balances may only be redeemed towards the purchase of services provided via Airbnb Ireland UC and its affiliates via the Airbnb Platform. Any booking made with a Gift Card will be deducted from your Gift Card balance, and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on your Airbnb account until used. If a purchase exceeds your existing Gift Card balance, the remaining amount due must be paid with another Payment Method. You can view your Gift Card balance by signing in to your Airbnb account.
  2. Gift Cards purchased in Europe can only be used by individuals residing in Ireland. You must also have a valid payment method issued in the country where you reside.
  3. Gift Cards may not be applied towards charges for changes to existing reservations or be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. For Gift Cards purchased online (but not in-store), you have a right of withdrawal (sometimes referred to as a "cooling-off period") for 14 days after purchase. Once a Gift Card is added to your Airbnb account, this ends the cooling-off period immediately, and the Gift Card’s value cannot be transferred to another person or Airbnb account; a Gift Card balance on an Airbnb account may not be cashed out or transferred to another Airbnb account.
  4. You should treat Gift Cards like cash. Once we electronically transmit a digital Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or deliver a physical Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, whichever is applicable, the risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
  5. Airbnb reserves the right to any remedy, including refusal to issue or honour a Gift Card, in the event of suspected fraud. We will have the right to close a Member’s account and charge alternative Payment Methods if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Airbnb Platform.
  6. Your rights under a Gift Card will terminate if you materially fail to comply with these Gift Card Terms or if your Airbnb account is terminated or is suspended. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Gift Card, and we may revoke your access to any Gift Card balance. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Gift Card Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
  7. No fees of any kind apply to Gift Cards, and Gift Cards and Gift Card balances do not expire. These Gift Card Terms remain applicable until your entire Gift Card balance has been spent.

Aldi

  1. ALDI Gift Cards can be used in any ALDI store in the Republic of Ireland.
  2. ALDI Gift Cards should be treated as you would treat cash.
  3. ALDI Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, change, ALDI Gift Cards or alternative gift cards.
  4. ALDI Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of ALDI Gift Cards or third party gift cards, lottery tickets, scratch cards or related material; or anything through ALDI’s websites.
  5. ALDI Gift Cards are only valid for five years from the date they are purchased (any amount left on an ALDI Gift Card after this date shall be forfeited without notice to you).

Amazon.co.uk

  1. Amazon.co.uk gift cards are available for use on www.amazon.co.uk or other Amazon stores as designated by us from time to time (such as Amazon 4-star).
  2. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer's Amazon.co.uk account. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. 
  3. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
  4. Amazon.co.uk is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
  5. Amazon.co.uk gift cards are valid for use for 10 years from the date of purchase.
  6. All Amazon.co.uk e-gift cards purchased are converted from EUR – GBP upon purchase.

Arnotts

  1. Arnotts e-Gift Card can be used in Arnotts and Brown Thomas stores as well as online at arnotts.ie and brownthomas.com.
  2. The Arnotts e-Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.
  3. Valid Arnotts e-Gift Cards may only be used as full or part payment for good in Arnotts and Brown Thomas stores, BT2 stores, as well as online at brownthomas.com and arnotts.ie
  4. Please keep your e-Gift Card safe, Brown Thomas Group expressly excludes all liability for lost, stolen and damaged gift cards.
  5. Arnotts e-Gift Cards have no expiry date.
  6. All Amazon e-gift cards purchased are converted from EUR – GBP upon purchase. Amazon gift cards can only be issued in GBP and the gift card cost price to you is the Euro equivalent which can fluctuate depending on currency exchange rates available to us. Please note the Euro cost when buying.

Arsenal

  1. The Gift Cards can be redeemed at Retail Stores or on the Online Store. Using a Gift Card balance to purchase Arsenal match tickets or memberships is not permitted.
  2. If your purchase amount is less than the balance on the Gift Card, the unused balance will be carried over and can be used for purchases at a later date.
  3. If your purchase amount exceeds the value of the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with other acceptable tender.
  4. You can check the balance of your Gift Card at any Retail Store or on the Online Store.
  5. When making a purchase in a Retail Store using a Gift Card that is not Pound Sterling, Arsenal will apply a currency exchange rate at the time of purchase. If a refund is later requested, the currency equivalent of the refund may not be equal to the currency equivalent of the original purchase amount, due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. There may therefore be either a residual windfall or shortfall on the Gift Card. If there is a shortfall, the remaining amount must be paid with other acceptable tender.
  6. Gift Cards and/or any unused balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  7. The Gift Cards should be handled like cash. Arsenal is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The Gift Cards can be used by anyone in possession of the Gift Card and Arsenal personnel are not obliged to check the identity of a person using the Gift Card. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  8. Gift Cards, and any unused balance, will expire 12 months from the date that the Gift Card was last used or (if un-used) the date that the Gift Card was issued.

Azteco

  1. Azteco vouchers can be redeemed through the azte.co website or one of our partner applications.
  2. Azteco vouchers cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of the azte.co website or its affiliated properties, redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund.
  3. When you purchase, receive, or redeem an Azteco voucher, you agree that the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
  4. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Azteco vouchers without a refund, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, and cancel voucher codes, if we suspect that an Azteco voucher has been obtained, and attempted to be redeemed or used fraudulently, unlawfully.
  5. We are not responsible if any Azteco voucher or voucher code is lost, stolen, surreptitiously copied, or destroyed, or if your Azteco voucher is used without your permission.
  6. Azteco vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.
  7. Retail gift cards are sent via email once the order has been placed.

B&Q

  1. B&Q Gift Cards can be used in full or part payment for any products purchased from B&Q stores in the Republic of Ireland (except concessions and cafes in B&Q stores) and it can also be used for purchases from www.diy.ie.
  2. Please keep the Gift Card safe and treat it like cash. B&Q cannot replace or reimburse the value on the Gift Card.
  3. B&Q may take any action it considers appropriate if it has reasonable grounds for believing you are misusing the B&Q Gift Card Scheme. This may include withholding all or part of the value credited on a Gift Card.
  4. B&Q may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the B&Q Gift Card scheme at any time. B&Q will give such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions or any suspension or discontinuance of the B&Q Gift Card scheme as is reasonably possible, whether by notices displayed in B&Q stores, on www.diy.ie or otherwise. If the B&Q Gift Card Scheme is discontinued B&Q will give Gift Card holders a reasonable period to use any remaining value on the Gift Cards.
  5. Gift cards cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discount card, such as the staff discount card, diamond discount, trade discount.
  6. The value on a Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Where B&Q agrees to provide a refund for products purchased using a Gift Card, the amount of the purchase price paid using that Gift Card will be reimbursed by way of a credit note for use in B&Q stores.
  7. A Gift Card cannot be used to buy age restricted products unless the purchaser can prove he/she is of at least the relevant age.
  8. When products are purchased using a Gift Card, no change will be given* in cash but any value remaining on a Gift Card will be shown on the till receipt and can be used in full or part payment for future purchases. Where a Gift Card holder wishes to use a Gift Card to buy products with a value higher than the value on the Gift Card, he/she will be required to pay the difference in value. *(In respect of ROI any balance over €1 will be refunded in either of cash, electronic transfer, and another gift voucher).
  9. B&Q Gift Cards have a 5 year expiry.

Boots

  1. Boots gift cards are available for use on https://www.boots.ie, excluding purchases of other gift cards, vouchers, mobile top up, prescription services, Boots Kitchen Appliances, Boots Opticians and Boots Hearing care.
  2. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
  3. Boots gift cards are valid for use for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Boohoo

  1. Your Gift Card can only be used to make purchases online at boohoo.com in the Republic of Ireland. Any purchases made using any amount on your Gift Card by you or any other person will also be subject to our website Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The amount on your Gift Card cannot be used to purchase items from any of boohoo’s affiliate brands, including boohooman, prettylittlething, nastygal, misspap, karenmillen, coastfashion, warehouse or oasis.
  2. To use any amount on your Gift Card, the user will be required to enter the 8-digit PIN which can be found, in relation to e-gift cards, on the delivery email which is sent to you (or the person you have nominated to receive and use your e-gift card), or, in relation to store gift cards, on the back of the physical card. Up to five Gift Cards can be used in any one transaction.
  3. If the entire amount on your Gift Card has not been spent, the remaining balance will be updated after every transaction and will remain on your Gift Card to use until expiry.
  4. The amount on your Gift Card can be used towards the purchase amount of items that are priced higher than the balance of your Gift Card, provided that you or the user making the transaction also pay the difference for such items using one of our prescribed payment methods.
  5. Boohoo gift cards expire after 5 years.

BoohooMan

  1. Your Gift Card can only be used to make purchases online at boohooMan.com in the Republic of Ireland.
  2. If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase.
  3. If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored with your boohooMAN.com account for your next purchase using the same Gift Certificate code.
  4. Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  5. We cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates.
  6. Boohoo gift cards expire after 5 years.
  7. Gift Cards are sent via email once your order has been placed.

Brown Sugar

  1. Brown Sugar e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Brown Sugar salons in South William Street, Blackrock and Ranelagh, Co. Dublin.
  2. Gift Cards may be partially redeemed and the balance used at a later date, provided before expiry.
  3. Gift Cards may be redeemed alongside cash and / or other accepted payment methods.
  4. In case of payment by credit card or other accepted payment methods, the contract is already concluded with the payment instruction by the customer.
  5. The Gift Card will be directly delivered by email to the specified recipient’s email address after the payment concludes, in a printable or presentable format containing details of the voucher amount, the voucher ID, an optional personal note, a barcode, the validity period, and contact details of the service provider it can be redeemed at.
  6. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 5 years from the date of issue. The purchase contract is concluded with the service provider.

Brown Thomas

  1. Valid Brown Thomas e-Gift Cards may only be used as full or part payment for good in Arnotts and Brown Thomas stores, BT2 stores, as well as online at brownthomas.com and arnotts.ie
  2. The Brown Thomas e-Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.
  3. The e-Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any residual balance remaining on the e-Gift Card following purchase of goods will remain on the e-Gift Card, to apply towards future purchases.
  4. Please keep your e-Gift Card safe, Brown Thomas Group expressly excludes all liability for lost, stolen and damaged gift cards.
  5. Brown Thomas e-Gift Cards have no expiry date.

Buncrana Cinema

Clarks

  1. Clarks Gift Card can only be used in-store in the UK & ROI.
  2. Clarks Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. No change will be given, but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.
  3. Clarks will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
  4. Clarks reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, defaced, modified, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
  5. Clarks Gift Cards can be topped up at any till point in store by informing the sales advisor of the amount to be added. Gift Cards cannot be resold.
  6. Clarks Gift Cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.

  2. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
  3. Emerald Earth gift cards are valid for use for 5 years from the date of issue.

Folkster

  1. Redeem this card for merchandise in Folkster stores or on Folkster.com.
  2. Please protect this card and treat it like cash.
  3. Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  4. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  5. Remaining balance on the card can be used for future purchases.
  6.  Anything you buy with the card and return in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded to the card as original method of payment.
  7. Folkster gift cards are valid for 5 years after purchase.

Footlocker

  1. Footlocker Gift Cards can be used online or in-store.
  2. Footlocker Gift Cards may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  3. Footlocker Gift Cards may not be used to purchase another Gift Card.
  4. Footlocker Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or used by a third party without your permission.
  5. Footlocker Gift Cards have no expiry dates.

Gift House

  1. The Gift House Gift Card can be used only on gifthouse.ie.
  2. Gift House Gift Cards are sent instantly via email.
  3. Gift House Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or resold, returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
  4. Gift House Gift Cards are non-transferable and can be used as part or full payment.
  5. Any remaining balance will be left on your Gift House Gift Card to spend on future purchases. You can check your Gift House gift card balance on www.gifthouse.ie.
  6. €5 Gift House gift cards cannot be used against cinema passes or Retail Gift Cards.
  7. Gift House Gift Cards are valid for use for 5 years from the date of issue.

Gift House Travel

  1. This Gift House Travel Gift Card is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years and over.
  2. This Travel Gift Card entitles the bearer to purchase any travel services from Gift House such as flights including priority boarding, seat selection, checked baggage, hotels, car hire, travel insurance, Fast Track passes, airport lounge etc.
  3. The Travel Gift Card must be redeemed with Gift House in one booking.
  4. The lead name on any booking must be aged at least 18 years at the time of applying.
  5. Once any bookings have been confirmed, no amendments can be made to your booking and travel gift card value or any additional monies paid cannot be refunded.
  6. All customer data is destroyed once customers have completed their service booked.
  7. Gift House cannot be held responsible for any alterations or cancellations to any service by the suppliers. Gift House cannot be held responsible for any discounts from hotels, accommodation or airlines.
  8. Once your booking has been confirmed with the travel service supplier, the terms and conditions of the supplier are applicable to your booking.
  9. For flight bookings, it is the voucher holder’s responsibility to arrange passport and visa requirements. You must ensure that you have at least six months validity after the return date back to the ROI.
  10. Gift House Travel Gift Cards are operated by Gift House in conjunction with travel partner Platinum Travel, TA 0634. When using your Gift House travel gift card, all travel bookings must be made through Gift House including all package holiday bookings which must be booked through Platinum Travel, via Gift House.
  11. Your Gift Card is valid for use for 5 years from the date of issue.

Global Experiences

  1. Search our database of over 350,000 tours, activities, and experiences worldwide by city and date. You may also apply filters to narrow your search by category or attraction.
  2. After choosing your experience, you will be asked to enter the 16 or 19-digit promotional code and 4 or 8-digit PIN on the gift card to apply the value to your booking. The balance, if necessary, can be paid with a major credit card. A maximum of four codes can be used per booking.
  3. Bookings will be confirmed by e-mail directly from Global Experiences Card and your experience will have a record of your booking. Please bring your printed or electronic confirmation to the tour, activity or experience.
  4. Please note that once your booking has been made, the details such as experience, date of activity, number of people, may not be changed. The booking may be cancelled, subject to the terms of the individual booking and experience. All cancellations must be made ONLINE ONLY at globalexperiencescard.com to receive a refund, subject to booking terms.
  5. Gift Cards have no value until activated. Gift cards are not credit or debit cards, and have no implied warranties. Experience Gift Cards are redeemable for Experience and taxes only. The total price of your reservation is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
  6. Gift Cards will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit, except where required by law. Global Experiences Card, does not replace lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. If the experience booking price is greater than the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid with a major credit card at the time of booking. If the reservation price is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining portion will remain and may be applied toward a future reservation made.
  7. No refunds for unused tickets, including those resulting from late arrival or no shows will be given. Guests must be at least 18 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You may be asked to present photo ID.at www.Globalexperiencescard.com.
  8. Global Experience gift cards have no expiration date.

Global Hotel

  1. Search our hotel database in the currency of your gift card and book your hotel @ www.GlobalHotelCard.com .
  2. Apply the 16 or 19-digit Gift Card Code and 4-8 digit Pin value as full or partial payment of the hotel reservation. You may combine up to four gift cards per reservation. Simply apply the value of your gift card for full or partial payment of the hotel reservation. The balance, if necessary, may be paid with a major credit card.
  3. Your reservations will be confirmed by email directly from Global Hotel Card and the hotel’s central reservation system will have a record of your booking. At check-in simply present your identification for the pre-paid reservation.
  4. Global Hotel Cards are Powered by Expedia and can only be used and redeemed for hotel reservations made online at www.GlobalHotelCard.com website (in currency of gift card issued), and not redeemable at Expedia.com. If the hotel reservation price is less than the value of the card(s), the remaining portion will be available for a future reservation. If the reservation price is greater than the value of the card(s), the difference must be paid with a credit card at the time of booking. All reservations require a major credit card to complete the reservation. Must be 18 years of age or older.Up to four (4) cards may be redeemed per reservation.You may cancel your reservation ONLINE only with no penalty IF the cancellation is done online at globalhotelcard.com and is within the rules of the HOTEL’s cancellation policy. The value of your Gift Card and payment on your credit card will be reinstated within 5-7 business days of confirmation that the reservation was cancelled within the rules of the hotel’s policy. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
  3. This card has no value until activated. For cards purchased in cinema or online, the value which can be loaded onto this card is between €5 and €100. For cards purchased at other retailers, the value which can be loaded onto this card is as stated on the gift card and/or its packaging. You cannot re-load or top up this card with value.
  4. The value on this card may be used where the transaction total is higher than the card balance, upon payment of the difference. If you do not use all the value on this card in a transaction, the remaining balance will be left on the card. No change will be given.   1. River Island Gift Cards are redeemable online at riverisland.com and in all River Island stores in the Republic of Ireland; they can be used in full or part payment for products or services purchased.
  2. When redeeming your Gift Card in store, present a copy of your Digital Gift Card email or present the electronic version of the Digital Gift Card on your mobile device to the cashier at the till point.
  3. All refunds of goods or services purchased with a River Island Gift Card will be made in accordance with River Island's refund policy. Any refunded amount will be credited to a Refund Card and will not be given in cash.
  4. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.

Salt Caves Paradise

  1. The Salt Caves Paradise Gift Card is redeemable to use on treatments only.
  2. Located in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. Can be used Mon-Sat 10am-9pm, last admission at 8pm, Sun 11am-6pm, last admission at 5pm.
  3. Salt Caves Paradise has 24-hour cancellation policy. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Spas.ie

  1. Spas.ie Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for full/part payment against goods and/or services at any Spa. Spas.ie Gift Voucher can only be redeemed in one single location. In cases where there is an unused balance on the Voucher, the Spa can give a credit note or a proprietary gift voucher for the remaining balance of the Spas.ie Gift Voucher which can then be used at a future date with that Spas.ie partner.
  2. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. ie will not take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers. Only original Gift Vouchers will be accepted and no photocopies will be accepted.
  4. Each Spa will have their own terms and conditions which cover the use of their services and goods, such as cancellation fees and/or minimum cancellation periods. It is also at the discretion of the Spa as to what services and products Spas.ie Gift Vouchers can be used against. Customers should make themselves aware of the Spa’s terms surrounding the use of Spas.ie Gift Vouchers before making an appointment, as they will be binding on the Customer.
  5. Each spa will have their own terms as to what a Spas.ie Gift Voucher can be used against. For example, some spas may not let you use a Spas.ie Gift Voucher towards a special offer they are running. Please check with the spa before you book that they will accept the Spas.ie Gift Voucher for your booking.
  6. All bookings/appointments are made between the Customer and the Spa directly. Spas.ie accepts no responsibility and will give no refunds in the event that the desired Spas.ie partner is unavailable on the desired dates.
  7. Retail gift cards are sent via email once order has been placed.
  8. Gift Vouchers within this period are valid for 5 years after the date of purchase.

Sugar Coated

  1. Sugar Coated e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Sugar Coated salon in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
  2. Gift Cards may be partially redeemed and the balance used at a later date, provided before expiry.
  3. Gift Cards may be redeemed alongside cash and / or other accepted payment methods.
  4. In case of payment by credit card or other accepted payment methods, the contract is already concluded with the payment instruction by the customer.
  5. The Gift Card will be directly delivered by email to the specified recipient’s email address after the payment concludes, in a printable or presentable format containing details of the voucher amount, the voucher ID, an optional personal note, a barcode, the validity period, and contact details of the service provider it can be redeemed at.
  6. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

TK Maxx

  1. TK Maxx Gift Cards can be used in any TK Maxx store in the Republic of Ireland only. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other TK Maxx Gift Cards.
  2. Purchases made with a TK Maxx gift card, e-Gift Card, or digital Gift Card will be deducted from the balance of the TK Maxx Gift Card until the balance reaches zero credit (€0.00). No change can be given for purchases where the value of the goods bought is less than the value of credit on the TK Maxx Gift Card. This Card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. No change will be given, but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.
  3. If the purchase price of the goods exceeds the amount of credit on the TK Maxx gift card, the remaining cost of the goods to be purchased can be settled via another accepted payment method.
  4. You can check the balance on a TK Maxx Gift Card, e-Gift Card, or digital gift card in-store or online at www.tkmaxx.ie.

Twitch

  1. To redeem a Gift Card you must visit twitch.tv and enter the code on the back of the Gift Card. Internet access is required (separate fees may apply). After you enter the code on the back of the Gift Card, the full value associated with the Gift Card will be added to your Gift Card balance, which can be managed through your Twitch Wallet. Your Gift Card Balance displays the total remaining balance that has been added to your Twitch Wallet but not yet applied to a purchase. To view your Gift Card Balance, log into your account and go to your account dropdown menu. You must have a valid Twitch account to redeem a Gift Card. Purchases are deducted from your Gift Card Balance. If a purchase exceeds your Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

Twitch is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
  5. By using a Gift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and the Twitch Terms of Sale, and not to use a Gift Card or your Gift Card Balance in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Twitch, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, upon notice to you, to void Gift Cards (including as a component of your Gift Card Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we have objective reason to believe that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to a Twitch account (or your Gift Card Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions if and to the extend such measure(s) are required to stop or prevent the misuse of the Gift Card in question or its consequences.
